Quelques minutes avant de monter sur scène à Saturday Night Live, Foo Fighters a confirmé la sortie de leur prochain album studio. C'est appelé Médecine à minuit et sortira le 5 février 2021. En avant-première, ils ont sorti le premier single, "Shame Shame", que vous pouvez diffuser ci-dessous.
Produit par Greg Kurstin et Foo Fighters, conçu par Darrell Thorp et mixé par Mark «Spike» Stent, Médecine à minuit couvre neuf chansons de 37 minutes.
Comme Dave Grohl l'a détaillé dans une interview plus tôt cette année, le nouvel album est «rempli de chansons rock anthémiques, énormes et chantantes. C’est un peu comme un disque de danse, mais pas un disque EDM, disco, de danse moderne. Il a du groove. Pour moi, c’est notre David Bowie Dansons record. C'est ce que nous voulions faire, nous voulions inventer cet album vraiment amusant. "
Médecine à minuit est le dixième album de Foo Fighters à ce jour et le suivi de celui de 2017 Béton et or.
