Le bien intitulé «Tha Carter VI Tour» démarre avec un spectacle en tête d'affiche au Madison Square Garden à New York dans la nuit de la sortie de l'album le 6 juin. La tournée entrera ensuite à la vitesse supérieure à partir du 30 juillet à Bristow, en Virginie, avec des dates jusqu'au début octobre. En tout. Weezy et co. Va visiter 34 villes au cours de la durée de la tournée.
