En tant que l'un des membres fondateurs de Three 6 Mafia, J est l'un des principaux architectes du son hip-hop sudiste. Le dernier album solo de Memphis MC, 2017 Entreprise Rubba Band, était une affaire de stars. Mais ce suivi emballe encore plus d'invités dans la maison, entassant 15 fonctionnalités sur 16 pistes. Auparavant, le rappeur partageait les singles «Gah Damn High» et «1995». Three 6 Mafia donnera un concert à distance sociale – mais toujours en salle – le 11 décembre.
