Meek Mill a sorti par surprise un nouvel EP opportun et bien intitulé Pack de quarantaine. Diffusez-le ci-dessous via Apple Music ou Spotify.
Pack de quarantaine rassemble quatre morceaux au total, dont chacun voit Meek collaborer avec d'autres rappeurs. "GTA" a un caméo de 42 Dugg. Les morceaux d’ouverture et de clôture de l’EP – «Middle of It» et «Think It’s a Game», respectivement, présentent des vers invités de Vory. Et puis il y a «Pain Away», sa collaboration avec Lil Durk accompagnée d'un clip vidéo sauvage.
Meek a célébré le projet sur Twitter toute la journée. "Faites-moi savoir votre chanson préférée très vite, nous sommes ici pour discuter de celle qui est la plus féroce ???" il tweeté. Peu de temps après, il a excité ses collaborateurs, l'écriture, "Vory un bébé chèvre se souvient de ce tweet !!!!!"
Pack de quarantaine suit Meek's Championnats album de 2018, son premier depuis sa sortie de prison. L'année suivante, JAY-Z et lui se sont associés pour lancer une organisation de réforme de la justice pénale.
Plus récemment, Meek a sorti le single autonome «Otherside of America» au cours de l'été. Alors que la pandémie de coronavirus fait rage, il a également passé du temps à aider les personnes touchées par le COVID-19 en faisant don de milliers de masques aux détenus et aux gardiens des prisons.
