RZA a sorti "Be Like Water", une nouvelle chanson dédiée à Bruce Lee, la bande originale du documentaire "30 pour 30" d'ESPN sur l'emblématique expert et acteur des arts martiaux.
«Les enseignements de Bruce Lee se sont étendus au-delà des arts martiaux physiques. Il était plein de philosophie et de pleine conscience », a déclaré RZA à propos de l'héritage de Lee dans un communiqué.
"Sa citation" Be Water my friend "est profonde et à plusieurs niveaux dans la définition", a poursuivi le membre fondateur du Wu-Tang Clan. «Cela inspire l'idée qu'en s'adaptant aux situations de la vie, nous devons parfois couler doucement comme un ruisseau, tandis que d'autres fois nous devons nous écraser comme un tsunami.

Bien sûr, RZA a longtemps été influencé par Lee et le monde des arts martiaux. En 2018, RZA a organisé des concerts audiovisuels dans lesquels il a marqué La 36ème chambre de Shaolin vivre du début à la fin en utilisant la musique de Wu-Tang. RZA était particulièrement attiré par la représentation du film de villageois chinois opprimés, un sentiment auquel il pouvait se sentir en tant que minorité grandissant en Amérique.
